  • Refund processed through Warrior Plus within 2–5 business days
  • Funds appear in your account within 5–10 business days (bank dependent)
  • Refund issued to original payment method

03 What Happens After Refund

Continued use after refund = License violation and potential legal action

  1. Request received: Confirmation within 24–48 hours
  2. Issue investigation: 1–3 business days (for technical issues)
  3. Decision made: We notify you of approval/denial
  4. Refund processed: 2–5 business days after approval
  5. Funds appear: 5–10 business days (bank/payment processor dependent)

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We cannot refund to a different payment method or account.
