You are eligible for a refund if:

- Download links are not working despite multiple attempts
- Files are corrupted and we cannot provide working replacements
- Warrior Plus platform prevents access to the product
Before requesting a refund: Please contact us first so we can resolve the technical issue. Most download problems can be fixed within 24 hours.
✓ Circumstance #2: Other Valid Reasons
You may be eligible for a refund for other legitimate reasons, such as:
- Duplicate accidental purchase (purchased twice by mistake)
- Product significantly different from description
- Major technical issues preventing product use
- Other genuine circumstances

✕ What Does NOT Qualify For Refund
- Changed your mind after successfully accessing the product
- Did not read/use the product after downloading
- Disagree with the content or strategies

- Bought similar product elsewhere

- Refund processed through Warrior Plus within 2–5 business days
- Funds appear in your account within 5–10 business days (bank dependent)
- Refund issued to original payment method
03 What Happens After Refund
⚠ Critical — Access Revocation
When your refund is processed:
- Your access to the product will be REVOKED
- All download links will be DEACTIVATED
- You will NO LONGER have legal right to use the product
- You MUST DELETE all downloaded copies
This is a Warrior Plus platform requirement and is non-negotiable.
Continued use after refund = License violation and potential legal action

Standard Timeline
- Request received: Confirmation within 24–48 hours
- Issue investigation: 1–3 business days (for technical issues)
- Decision made: We notify you of approval/denial
- Refund processed: 2–5 business days after approval
- Funds appear: 5–10 business days (bank/payment processor dependent)
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We cannot refund to a different payment method or account.

If you file a chargeback:
- We will be unable to process any refund request
- You will be banned from future purchases
- We will dispute the chargeback with documentation
